AIDS Memorial Quilt Project
I am currently working with the Tees Valley Museums and partnering organisations, AIDS Quilt UK and the Terrence Higgins Trust, preparing artwork to be displayed in Kirkleatham Museum next year alongside the memorial quilts.

I’m Harriet Mee, a socially engaged artist, writer and researcher based in Stockton-on-Tees.
Through making, conversation and collaboration, I explore the stories, experiences and challenges that shape our lives. My work responds to the people I meet and the world around me, bringing together art, community and gentle activism.
