Now in residence at Stockton Central Library - Tuesdays 2:30 'til 7:30

I’m Harriet Mee – artist, stitcher, writer and researcher.

My work is rooted in the mother tongue of textiles and the slow, sacred labour of women’s hands.

Through embroidery, poetry, calligraphy, collage and quiet circle community, I explore the threads that connect women’s stories across generations.

I invite you to explore my work and read my reflections. Step into the circle where connection, creation and care are stitched together.

North Yorkshire Open Studios is an annual event enabling artists and makers to open their studios, meet, promote and sell their work direct to the public.

I'm taking part in the upcoming Summer open studios. Information can be found by following the link below.
