I stopped weighing myself 3 years ago. This was a small but significant step in my recovery journey and finding peace in my body again.
I suffered with an eating disorder for years (orthorexia) and was on some sort of restrictive diet for nearly 15 years. I know there are those of you out there who want to be rid of this need to be 'smaller' just as much as I do.
These artworks are for you. You belong in the world at any size and can take up space exactly as you are.
